The basic process of conception in cows

Nowadays most of my friends including me seem to be curious about the pregnancy of cows. I intend to read this article myself and pass it on to all your friends so that we can get a basic understanding of this process together.
When the cow is inseminated, the bull's sperm is basically artificially passed through the cow's uterus. These sperms are in large numbers and as soon as they enter the cow they move rapidly towards their mineral, which is towards the ovary of the cow. The life of these sperms is at least 24 hours after entering the cow. The life span of a cow's egg is at least 6 hours, so the sperm need to survive for at least 6 hours after the egg is released from the ovary. It is very important to estimate the time to ensure the matching of egg and sperm. The matching of egg and sperm on the first day is very important for a successful pregnancy. Too many elements lead to a failed marriage. This post will only talk about the basic knowledge of pregnancy. I have written an article on the reasons for the failed match in the past. In the next post, God willing, I will shed light on other reasons for the failed match.

Sperm and egg matching process:

On the first day, the thing formed by the successful union of sperm and egg is called an embryo. This is the embryo that goes on to become a baby. This requires that the embryo be successfully transferred to the uterus. Before the embryo is transferred to the uterus, it is transformed into embryonic cells and finally enters the final stage called a blastocyst. This process takes place after about 9 days. The process of becoming a blastocyst from an embryo consists of different stages in which cells are growing. You can observe these stages in the second image attached to the post.
The blastocyst eventually reaches the uterus and is transplanted there. The blastocyst is transplanted into the uterus in about 30 to 35 days. ۔ You can see these other steps in the image attached to this post.

Early signs of pregnancy:

When insemination is done, by the command of Allah, if the sperm of semen is successfully matched with the cow's egg, then first of all observe that the cow is not showing any signs of heat again in 18-24 days after proper insemination. If the cow does not show any symptoms of heat, then there is a good chance that the embryo is alive. This special type of hormone released from the uterus, if it receives an indication that the embryo is alive, allows the cow to continue its work with another hormone called progesterone, which prevents the cow from getting hot. The same PGF hormone, when it receives an indication that there is no embryo in the oviduct, suppresses the hormone progesterone, which prevents the cow from being brought into the heat, causing the hormones that bring the cow to heat to increase estrogen and LH. Seems to show signs of, The fact that the cow does not show its normal heat cycle after insemination is in a way the first sign that the baby's early form is alive ie the embryo is alive and is in the process of becoming a blastocyst. Now there are many elements that That is, embryos and blastocysts can cause death, in which case the cow's heat cycles begin to reappear. (InshaAllah, I will try to write a post on these elements in the future).
In short, if the animal does not show heat for 35 days, then there is a high chance that the pregnancy has stopped. If ultrasound is available, this blastocyst can be confirmed after 30-35 days.
It is hoped that our farmers will be able to do their best to impart basic knowledge about pregnancy.
