Bloat/Tympany

 In this disease, gas accumulates in the animal's stomach, which cannot be expelled due to various reasons. 

bloat, also called hoven or ruminal tympany, disorder of ruminant animals involving distention of the rumen, the first of the four divisions of the stomach, with the gas of fermentation. Bloated cattle are restless and noticeably uncomfortable and have distended left flanks. Bloat often occurs in cattle that have grazed young, lush legumes such as clover or ingested large amounts of concentrate rations. Reasons :

Unbalanced diet Substandard

moldy food Eat more green fodder at night, 

Eating bag or other indigestible food. 

Symptoms:

• Restlessness in the animal 

• Bloating on the left side of the animal's abdomen. 

• Watering from the animal's mouth.

 • Difficulty breathing.

 Precautions:

 Standard diet √ Consumption of sweetened soda (30 grams every third day) 

Treatment: 

1- Dissolve liquid paraffin 300ml and magnesium sulfate 200g in lukewarm water and try to run the animal. 2- Inject Hepagard 25cc intravenously,
