Tips of the day

Place equipment and bedding of 10 cm thickness inside the house before the arrival of chickens. Please fill the drinkers and feeder with clean water and balanced feed; preheat the house for 6-12 hours to increase the room temperature. 
 
Don’t close all the windows and doors to increase heat rather increase the heat source. Oxygen is the most important to chickens.

If there is no electricity, you can use charcoal for brooding. Make sure it’s fully burned (red) and the farm is well-ventilated to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. 
Hatching takes 21 days, please know a minimum of 28 days is needed to deliver your order properly. 

Vaccinate only healthy chickens on the dates. recommended by EthioChicken and consult EthioChicken veterinarians and or local public veterinarians.
